Consultations are a two way process of communication between patient and dentist. We endeavour to offer choices of treatment in consultation with patients, taking into account their wishes and views.

To arrange an appointment please call: 01424 210 346 or come into the practice during practice hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to enable us to offer the appointment to another patient. Cancellation charges may apply if adequate notice is not given.


Notification of cancellation is vital, as the appointment could be offered to another patient that requires an appointment. Repeated failure to notify us of cancellations may instigate our Did Not Attend (DNA) Policy.
